Put on lip makeup.

Round Face: Put on a ruby red lipstick or shiny dark pink lipgloss. This will make your face appear more bold, and not too rounded.

Apply Lipliner.

Round Face: Put a small ammount of liner to the sides of the lips, giving your face a less rounded look, but more straight around the edges.

Put on blush.

Round Face: Put on a good ammount of blush, preferably a fairly dark shade, again, this will give your face a more bold look. Just be sure not to apply too much blush, or you'll look like you got a bad sunburn, and this won't look good.

Now, it's time for eye makeup. Start with eye shadow.

Round Face: Put on a dark purple shade of eye shadow.

Now, simply put on black mascara, or whichever shade you feel comfortable with. Whatever face shape you have, a nice ammount of mascara will bring out your eyes, making your eyelashes appear longer and bolder.

For eyes, try to blend a light color and lead it on toward a darker color. Like this:

Lips: Try a close to natural but noticeable pink. Add some gloss but not to much. DON'T make it look super super glossy...then you'll just look tacky.

Put a slightly darker shade along your cheek to show of the curviness of your face. Add some black eyeliner to the bottom of your eye but don't put any on the top lid.
Experiment. Please experiment. Its kinda hard to tell with just a few facts about your face. Experimenting is the best part. Have fun please
