I Need Some Make-up Tips?

I need some make-up tips on mascara, eyeshadow, powder %26amp; especially eyeliner!

I'm 13, in the seventh grade (:I Need Some Make-up Tips?
eyeshadow first.

have three or four shades of the same color around.

first put the middle color on your lid.

the darkest color on the edge of your eye.

the lightest color on your brow bone at the top.

if you have a fourth color lay it on your crease.

you can experiment with what colors go where.

eyeliner second.

try to stay away from liquid because it takes too much time and if you mess up its a hassle!

so go by espresso brown or plain black, whatever you like better.

then apply mascara last =]I Need Some Make-up Tips?
you want to go with a powder that coordinates with your skin tone, you dont want to go lighter and def not darker...make sure that after you apply it you turn your cheeks in the mirror to look for make-up lines--thats why its important to stay around your skin color, i also have blue eyes and i find that purples and greens look really good on the eyes--and pinks--a lot of pastels! especially for your light skin--you dont want to go bold on the eyeshadow, mascara--i would use black but make sure to curl the lashes before hand, and then for eye liner, as young as you are i wouldnt put any on, but if so--just along the bottom.

Just make sure that everything ties in together and you dont apply too much or layer your make-up on too thick! the last thing you want is to look trashy, or like you tried too hard! try to stay around a more natural look--trust me, it looks much better than those girls who cake it on!
mascara is great if you get the right kind. try Great Lash in the pink and green bottle.

eyeshadow is good for times when you dress up, but when going to school or going casual a good idea to go light or go without eye shadow. if you do wear it everyday i would go with something light, it all depends on your style.

i don't think powder is really a good idea for younger teens .

personally i didn't start using foundation until almost 15 and i think the liquid is a lot better

eyeliner can make a big difference depending on how you use it. i've always done a line on the bottom and a thin line on the top of my lashes. heavy eyeliner can look bad on someone young but once again it depends on your style
Mascara- Almay. It comes in a white container, it's amazing! (http://www.almay.com/Pg/Main/CatProdDet.aspx?catid=32%26amp;catnm=Eyes%26amp;subid=239%26amp;subnm=Mascara%26amp;prd=28633%26amp;osubnm=Mascara)

Eyeshadow- Almay eyeshadow (http://www.almay.com/Pg/Main/CatProdDet.aspx?catid=32%26amp;catnm=Eyes%26amp;subid=242%26amp;subnm=Shadow%26amp;prd=28616%26amp;osubnm=Shadow). Use whichever eyeshadow is for your eyes.

Powder- I use Laura Mercier, which is kind of expensive. Also, Neutrogena natural radience bronzer is really good (http://www.drugstore.com/qxp139798_333181_sespider/neutrogena_healthy_skin/blends_natural_radiance_bronzer_sunkissed_30.htm)

Eyeliner- For eyeliner I use maybaline. Get the light black, it stays on! (http://www.maybelline.com/Product/Eye/EyeLiner/define-a-line.htm)

Good luck!
if you like BRIGHT, then make sure you choose eyes or lips to be bright.. so like if you have bright pink lips then go lighter shade of eyeshadow ... try blending too.... like blue and green eyeshadow... dont make the mascara too thick.. then it looks unnatural same with eyeliner... if you like NATURAL , then enhance you natural beauty!! so if you have a darker complexion , do dark brown... light tan.. dark green.. stuff like that.. if you have a light complexion, do lighter.... i guess darker work too i just like lighter better :)

have fun!! btw im 14 and i love make-up and want to become a fashion designer :D
mascara: put on two coats at least to thicken lashes. best to curl them beforehand too.

i'm not a fan of powder or eyeshadow, so i can't give you any tips on those!

eyeliner: best to use a liquid eyeliner for dramatic effect. only paint the outer corners of the top lid, unless you're doing a smoky eye. if you use pencil liner, smudge after you draw.

good luck!
To all females who wear make-up. A lot of you don't even need it. My sister looks good for over 50 years without it. I remember her wearing it once and it looked tacky. For all the girls who think they need it (some do) you need to go to a dept. store Professional. This is actually cheaper (and safer) in the long run. Too many women have a bunch of make up they have bought in drug stores stuffed into a myriad of drawers, and never can find any thing that works and when they do its all dried up, fortunately because old makeup is dangerous, it only has a shelf life of a maximum of 3 months.
well i am in 7th too. i recommend a mineral powder makeup like i.d bare minerals or sheercover. i dont recommend eye liner it makes your eyes to dark at this age . for eye shadow i use my powder foundation on my eyes .... it actaully looks good! mascara umm just little to make your eyes a focus :)
well...

use some light pink, gray or even no eyeshadow. then use some black or dark brown liquid eyeliner on your top lid, and sick eyeliner on your bottom one... then use black mascara.

u can buy all this at a drug store. i use maybelline exact line waterproof eyeliner... something like that. i forget the name.

and what you need to do is practice!!!!

always try new things too!

so u should probably buy some makeup remover!

the more u practice, the better you will get at doing it
when you do mascara, swipe twice, then once again at the tips of your eyelashes. Liquid eye liner is goo because it doesn't smear as much but only use it on your upper lid not lower. Make sure you look at how eye shadow looks when your eyes are closed. Blush always brightens your face. Seventeen is like the makeup bible. I would check out their website. These were just tips I thought of off the top of my head.

Stay away from the smoky look it could potentially compete with your blue eyes but go straight to our lips. Lip gloss or plumper if you want. I love lip plumper because it feels so funny it makes me laugh but I still have to warn you not to overuse it! =)
no powder.

not eyeshadow.

just a little bit of eyeliner like on the bottom, from the outside of the eye to a little over halfway to the inside.

and mascara. but dont pack on alot !

you really dont need it, but thats alright.
