I would recommend a mineral makeup in a translucent or very light shade. If you do decide to go with an eye liner, I would recommend plums with the green eyes. (I am also pale w/green eyes.)

mascare and dark eye shadow if you dont like eyeliner and try and make your skin have no dark lines but not oraange. your the same as me i useually wear a pale green blue or purple eyeshadow purple for ballet
