Ok Im 13 yrs. old in the 8th Grade.


And im African American.


And i wanna know do you think i should be applying make-up


to my skin at this age.


Why And Why Not?


And what are some nice products and color's?

At 13, mascara and lip gloss are good to start out, but later you might want to get into foundation and eyeshadows.

You can go with eyeshadow, eyeliners and mascaras and I think that would look very nice. But not foundations. You're young and you probably have beautiful skin, especially since you're african american. A lot of times foundation can make you break out, especially if it's cheap. If you want a good foundation, you wanna go for the expensive stuff like Bare Minerals. It's costly, but well worth it to maintain good skin. But if you don't need it then don't buy it.





You would prob look good with bronze and gold colored make-up.
Right well I'm no expert but i have an older sister and she gives me shitloads of stips,,, so if your aload make-up at school because of your dark skin a red or fusia would make yu stand out and lukk really individual also yuu could go for a suttle winoo[winehouse] eyes yanno with the black eyeliner. And if yuu nedd help applying make-up ill tell yu may routine and it might help :)








Apply concealer too any dark circles or imperfections


Get a


powder foundation and a pad or brush and smooth over face always swooping downwards as it elimanates apperence of facial hair


Apply blusher/bronzer in streakes on cheekbones to give your face a stong structure


Aply mascare moslty on the corners of my eyes at it sends of a flirty look. yuor probs stunning anyway though xxxxxx
I started wearing a light bit of tinted moisturizer and concealer at age 12.





Mainly because I had acne problems, and droned about going to school with spots.





I think its oaky if you wear a little bit of tinted moisturizer, because its light %26amp; wont get cakey.





Neutrogena's brand of tinted moisturizer is a great brand, and can be found at walmart or walgreens.
The Hollywood and Madison Avenue professionals would tell you if you could see it than it is too much.


If a person has to ask if you are wearing make up and you are then you鈥檙e at the right amount. Natural beauty is the objective.

i wear cover-up, foundation, blush, a little bit of eye shadow, and mascara. alot of people tell me that i look more natural %26amp; better with out the eyeliner.
i would just start out with a little bit of eye liner mascara and lip gloss, as you get older you can start wearing more
i wear makeup all the time.


I just wear eyeshadow, mascara, and cover up


it still makes u look natural
