this season plum is very in. Matte, even, foundation, like MAC Studio Fix Powder/Fluid. Plum eyes and lips and heavy brow. I think think this year is less dramatic than last years, this year is more about natural, dark, makup. MAC has the best eyeshadows, go see a sales associate which plum/dark makeup goes the best with your skin tone.

this years looks:

My make-up tip is this.

Get into a long heated dispute with your boyfriend, fiance, husband or whoever. Really get into the argument. Then turn on the sweet charm and say your sorry. He'll say he's sorry. Then you can make-up in an intimate way. It's the best make-up tip I can give no matter what season it is.
Doesn't Look like you need too much!

I would say mascara (great lash maybelline, $4.00 at walmart).

A Eyelash curler wouldn't do you wrong either, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gY_mZeafi鈥?/a>

That is a video on how to us an eyelash curler. WATCH THE WHOLE THING!

Using Dark purple, Gold, Pale yellows, Dark Green, Bright Greens are in this season for eyeshadows... I find ELF to be agood brand for eyeshadows.

Lips do a nice pinksh shade. Coral is Good too.

XOXO

marykay makeup is the best and you can go to their site and it gives you tips and you can do vitural makeovers
i love this kind of stuff. i never get fixated on a brand or anything special. i just go to the mall or wal mart or where ever i get my makeup from at the time, and i look to find what suits the mood im in. if you get a dark eye shadow get some light to balance it out. always put the dark on the bottom of the lid or the outside of the lid and use the light on the rest, you can use more than one or two or three, just blend them so they flow together and make sure you dont cake it on or make it really think and hookerish. use colored eyeliner, and lash elongating mascara. the eyes are very thing. put a little light blush (not always, some times no blush is cute) and lip gloss or chap stick. Some time just some eyeliner and mascara and your good to go. nothing is right for every one experiment. use your finger instead of an eye shadow brush, you have more control.
eyeshadow: medium blues, light purples, medium/dark pinks, shimmery golds

blush: dark pinks, light pink if you use a little

nail polish: white is great for winter, plum purples, blues, reds are hot
