i have light brown hair, blue eyes, and fairly tan skin.

because you have blue eyes stay away from deep purple and brown eyeshadow

because you lean towards lighter features, try not to use black eyeliner and mascara because it'll look too harsh.





go for a light pink eyeshadow, brown liner and mascara, and some clear lip gloss and you'll look great! (but not plastic :D)
