sephora brand eyeliners are really good, and they come in fun colors like electric blue (:
for mascara, the best ones are from covergirl, and try to get a waterproof one, it will stay on much longer without wearing off.

Well, there is not just one brand really. And also, it depends on your budget. A really good mascara: CoverGirl Lash Blast. Another great brand is Clinique, but it is a little more expensive. If you have enough money, go to your local Ulta or Sephora or another beauty supply like those and ask for make-up that would be good on you and they will show you. Also, if you can schedule an appointment and the pros will show you exactly how to put it on perfectly. I hope this helps!
As the first answer suggested, those are some really nice brands. However, they are pricey. May I suggest something easy on the budget like Bare Minerals? It only takes a little and it lasts for months. Plus you look great to boot!

well it all depends on what works best for YOU. you'd have to just try and see what you like. however, I would recommend loose powders and any ';mineral'; makeup- its better for your skin. :-)
