Make up tips on a BUDGET?

Now by budget i mean NO money. I cant get a job where a live untl im 15 so thats about 6 or 7 months away. I dont get an allowance either, so the only way i get money is when i babysit, which is maybe 8 times a year!!

Anyway! The only makeup i have is masquera, lip gloss and eyeshadow. I need some tips to see what i can do with what i have to make me look great.

Anyway, i have a kinda tan skin tone, round face, dark brown hair, dark brown eyes. Any tips will be GREATLY appreciated!! Thanks to whoever helps!Make up tips on a BUDGET?
Depending on the shade of eyeshadow, it could actually double for blush. Obviously something like blue would work, but if you have like a rosy or brownish shade, that could work.

Wet your eyeshadow brush to get a bolder color. You could also try putting eyeshadow on only your lower lids. I've heard of people doing this as a kind of eyeliner, and it looks good, as long as it's done correctly.

See if you can share make-up with your friends or family (if you have sisters, or your mom, etc). It increases what you can work with, so you can mix up your look.

Also, take care of your skin and hair. Having nice skin and hair makes your overall look a lot nicer, so that you won't need as much make-up to cover or draw attention away from a blemish or something.Make up tips on a BUDGET?
Hi! Okay, so this may should kind of motherish, but wait untill sales. You can be amazed by how much you can save.
I honestly believe that you dont need to have a whole cabinet full of makeup to be beautiful. Having the basics is enough.

You got eyeshadows....thats great!

A mascara....awesome!

Lip Gloss...cool!

The only thing that is missing is a blush...but dont fret!

its ok!

Since you have eyeshadows %26amp; mascara with you, you can go from simple to fab!

Depending on the color selection that you have you can do the simple neutral eye look or the smokey look. (though i suggest that you just stick to neutral or simple makeup to suit your age).

Any color would compliment brown eyes! (lucky us!)

You can look at this site %26amp; try to copy some of the looks that she did.

just use any colors that are almost the same with what she used.

Dont ever forget to curl your lashes %26amp; put mascara. It is a must because curling your mascara opens up your eyes.

Since you are still young i dont think you actually need foundation that much. Teenagers have good skin %26amp; i think its time that you just show skin...not cover skin with foundation.

If you have extra money to spend, I would actually suggest that you get a bronzer. Not saying that round face is not cute...it is cute! (i also have round face thats why!..XD) But often times round face people are mistaken to look 'more plump', in doing so, applying bronzer would even out %26amp; would make your face look slimmer.

take a look at this model...looking at her face, her face seems slimmer %26amp; more 'hollow' all because of the bronzer!

ELF have cosmetics that only cost $1, you can give that a try.
