Reasonable make up tips?

I am going to do my make up differently for next year like I always do but I just need some help on what to do. I am crazy so I like crazy colors but I want them to still look good on me nd I need reasonable make up tips. Nothing to weird.

Bright eyeliner is really pretty! If you wear it, use minimal makeup on the rest of your face so your eyes will really stand out.





Or you could wear really bright lipgloss. Pink would be cool!
