i like the hair style you want. it doesn't really seem to suit your face that much though.
Use black eyeliner for your eyes. The more scenetarded you want to look, the thicker you go. To get scene hair, just tease your hair. There are few tutorials on youtube. You cant exactly get scene hair 'cut' and expect it to stay like that.
