(i'm not smiling for a reason. the bags underneath my eyes completely disappear, and i look really different when i smile O.o soyep. antismilehaters can poof)

eh, i have really big bags underneath my eyes D: you can't see them all that well in the pic, but are there any products you can recommend to get rid of them? i tried concealer, but you can still see them a lot. i was thinking foundation, but i'm confused as to which one would work best :D

i usually just use mascara, i'm not really much of a make-up person. but i've felt really insecure lately (gaah, i must sound like an idiot) and so i wanted to try something new :D

eyeliner usually looks seriously heavy on me, though. even with just the slightest bit i still look like cleopatra ._.

but yep. any tips? i'm 14, if that's relevant.Make-up tips for me? :D i have pictures.?
It all depends on why you have the bags under your eyes... The first things to do is get rest and make sure you are well hydrated. Try using vitamin K and retinol under your eyes sometimes it can be from a lack of these... To cover them up you should make sure the skin is clean use a toner, moisturize the skin, use a primer under your eyes then seek out a concealer that is tinted the opposite color of the circles if they are dark blue then chose a concealer that has a little bit of an orange tint. Take the concealer on a concealer brush and starting on the inside corner of the eye blend it out towards the center. then lightly powder the area with a translucent powder. Then do your makeup as you usually do making sure to blend it all in. You may try photo op as an added aid it getting rid of the dark circles to use the photo op use a rounded makeup sponge and lightly apply it under the eye again starting in the corner of the eye. try using a gold or a light color eye pencil or shadow around the eye to create a brighting effect around the eye so you have a youthful rested look. then if you are going to apply mascara do only to the top lashes and lightly and if you need it on the bottom use it very lightly to get a natural look then apply the rest of your make up as you would like and that you mask the under eye circles for you:)

Hope that that helps you outMake-up tips for me? :D i have pictures.?
Have you tried those ice masks? You can get them at Bed Bath and Beyond or Linens and Things. They are plastic masks filled with gel that you freeze and then put on. I have had one for years, and it helps with my bags.

As for eyeliner, have you ever tried smudging it after you put it on? It won't look as heavy. Also, try using brown instead of black.(if you were using black before)
try smashbox concealer or some other ones recommended on www.sephora.com then get some very light but semi shimmery eyeshadow and just on eyelids and throughout the day some will get under your eyes which will lighten them up. Then curl your eyelashes and put on a little mascara, you can always put on some blush if you want too...but not too much makeup. you dont want to look like you caked it on
the absolutely best foundation for ur skin is either bare essentials mineral wear or the loose-powder mineral wear that u can find at any walgreens store. any other kind of foundation makes bags bigger! but u can even sleep in that stuff w/o breaking out or nething! also, since ur not a big makeup person, that stuff goes on really light so u don't feel trapped under layers of makeup! u don't need eyeliner 2 look prettier, most girls look really pretty w/o it cuz it's a natural look:)
You can use a natural coloured eyeliner/eyeshadow..

It will make you look like youve put effort into how you look without looking OTT...

apply with small brushes to give an even look...

a dark brown or light brown mascara will suit your hair colour and, once again, give a natural look...

I hope this is what you were looking for:)

Good Luck!
Try a light - medium brown shadow on your lids..

this always looks cute with blue eyes (like yours?)

Then try a black mascara,

and a bit of a light bronzer on your cheeks.

For the eyes ..

try a firming cream,

or even hemroid cream firms undereye bags.
Your eyes are really pretty... and it looks like you are wearing some eyeliner tho.. but anyways

You've forgotten to try one great eye makeup: eyeshadow! It can do SO much for your eyes. Just put on a light shimmery color you like, could be a neutral color or a light pink or something. For those bags, take a spoon, run it under some water then put it in the freezer for about a half hour then put it on your eyes. It helps the swelling and bags disappear. Good luck! Oh, if you think wearing eyeliner makes you look like Cleopatria then I would suggest going to youtube.com and looking at eyeliner tutorials. Teaches you how to apply it correctly. But on use a little on the top and bottom. What I have found to work a lot better than using eyeliner on the bottom is taking a small firm brush and wetting it barely and dipping it into a dark eyeshadow, or really any color you want. It makes the line smoother and more natural. And always mascara. A light powder if you want for your face
If i'm having a day where i'm a little broken out or I have bags under my eyes, i always use bare escentuals makeup. It covers really well!!! As far as makeup goes....I would strongly insist that you avoid wearing any black eye liner. Black eye liner is for people with darker features and skin...You would look great with a brown or light brown eye liner!!! It will make your eyes stand out more and you won't look overdone! Black mascara is fine though....and for eye shadow, i usually put a dark brown color along the crease, a lighter color along the lid then I spread it away from the center of my eye, then i add a pale shimmer from the center out to make it all blend together heres a pic....brown looks great with blue eyes...
