You have a really eccentric style and I appreciate that! It's way cool, but what's NOT cool is the smudged eyeliner. I'd say since you already have big eyes, to accentuate them even MORE to put just eyeliner at the top, you can even buy the liquid one and experiment. I think you'd really like that. Now, I also wouldn't do coloured eyeliner, the hair is enough color, you don't wanna go into over-kill. I'd suggest maybe A LITTLE eye shadow? Once again you can experiment with some blues and silvers. As for the lips, I'd say TOTALLY natural! Like just some clear gloss, the blue hair and the extra pink lips don't really work. If you want you can buy some blush and wear a little. Not to look like a clown just to give you a nice rosy look, I think it'd look nice because of your light skin tone. Good luck!Make-up tips? I like your makeup in the first picture. It matches your hair. Maybe just wear a little less eyeliner on the bottom lids.
the bottom part of your eyes are darker then your top parts, so maybe you want to switch that. go for the smokey look, and put some dark eyeshadow and eyeliner on the TOP of your eye, and only mascara on the the bottom.

Definatly lay down the eye liner and eye shadow. Go for more natural look.
I think the way you are doing your makup now is great. However, I would do less eyeliner on the bottom lid, and add more eyeshadow to your top lid. I think a charcol gray/black, warm browns, or blues would look great on you. I also think a simple coat of lipgloss would be great.
