Make up tips maybe?

What colors do you think would look best on me? I have redish, goldish, brown hair. For eyes, I have hazel eyes with gold, red, brown, yellow, and green in them. I have very pale skin with a pink undertone (please dont say like ';Lets make you tanner!'; so no trying to make me tan) and i have good cheek bones so u can define them! I like dramatic makeup and everything so recommend any kind of make up u want (except bronzer, lol, unless its to define my cheek bones)Make up tips maybe?
